Welcome to BUTTR — where the buns are fluffy, the cookies are chunky and the butter is definitely not optional.

I'm a pastry chef with a bit of a baking problem. And by problem, I mean I can't stop making things I want everyone to eat.

What started as a love for all things sweet has turned into a little bakery full of gooey centres, golden edges and very happy accidents.

We're proudly small-batch, made from scratch and based in Adelaide.

Our menu changes with our cravings, which means there's always something new cooking.
