hey there!
Welcome to BUTTR, a little Adelaide bakery with a BIG love for all things buttery, gooey and ridiculously delicious.
I'm Tia, the hands (and very enthusiastic taste tester) behind BUTTR!
My love affair with baking started long before BUTTR was even a little dough ball of an idea. From growing up in Italy to working as a pastry chef in fine-dining kitchens in the UK, I've spent years whisking, rolling, piping and perfecting all things sweet.
And somewhere along the way, I realised something...
Life's just a little BUTTR with something sweet in it.
So, BUTTR was born!
A cosy little home bakery where the cinnamon rolls are pillowy soft, the cookies are chunky, the chocolate is gooey and the butter is never, ever optional.
We're all about small batches, big flavours and those little happy dances you do when something tastes really good.
No boring bakes here, thank you very much.
Just nostalgic flavours, fun little twists and treats made with a whole lotta love (and probably a little too much butter).
